John has worked in the IT support space since 2010, helping small and mid-sized businesses solve the technology problems that get in the way of operations. His experience spans desktop/server support, systems and network administration and engineering, cloud systems and cybersecurity.
Years of supporting businesses behind the scenes showed him how much time goes into work that is repetitive, manual, and easy to get wrong. As AI tools matured, he saw how they could take over much of that work, saving time, reducing costs, and helping businesses bring in more revenue.
He founded Nixon Automation in 2026 to help small businesses put those tools to practical use. The focus is on proven, affordable, off-the-shelf products that owners can understand and control, explained in plain language and matched to how each business actually runs.
