When you request an assessment, we collect your name, job title, business name, phone number, and email address. If you take part in an intake call, the call is recorded and transcribed.
We use your information only to send you the next steps, prepare your assessment, and follow up with you about it. Call recordings and transcripts are processed by third-party service providers that help us run the intake call and produce your report.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@nixonautomation.com.
